After a long day at the office, in meetings and seeing people I was able to grab a quick workout. After I treated myself with a gormet dinner. It's all great dining when your out of town. Tonight's meal consists of Rodeo Rustler Roast Beef pinwheels and an organge (which I havent had in a while so a nice treat!)
